General Purpose

To process and monitor accounting transactions and reporting in accordance with process design, concept and service levels defined in the Service

Description. To proactively perform preventive quality controls, independently able to draw conclusions and to take corrective actions when errors occur. 

Main Responsibility Area

Defined responsibility area in FSP Services or Local FSP. May include responsibility of coaching the team members. 

Local SAS Accountant - main job description:

1. local statutory audit

2. tax compliance

3. general and financial accounting

4. payroll and payable accounting

5. SOX controls

Individual Portfolio

Typically 4-6 years relevant experience, fully competent. Uses functionally specific knowledge. Degree. 

Environment

Performs day-to-day activates to meet departmental/project objectives. Requires immoderate supervision. Applies commonly recognised concepts within their field of expertise. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers or have high collegial interaction. Raises innovative ideas. 

Specific qualifications:

1. knowledge in SAP R/3 system

2. work experience in audit and tax compliance
