Job Description

 Lead Litigation Support Data Analyst

 

The Lead Litigation Support Data Analyst will manage and be responsible for ensuring the moving of data through all stages of processing client data - from the receipt of client data through production of requested deliverables. The LDA will determine required project resources and develop plan of execution for DA I, II and III. The LDA operates with minimal supervision and has wide latitude for independent judgment and decision making. The LDA will be a self-starter with industry experience and a demonstrated proficiency in the entire litigation support process including the use of database management searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production and trial support. The LDA will have a strong analytical and problem solving skills required to resolve complex issues using technology.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processes electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platform ? same as DA I, II and III
  • Mentor staff and provide senior level training and support and promote personnel career development
  • Implement and drive Error Free and On-Time quality measures and tracking processes
  • Implement and drive Continuous Improvement and Work-Flow initiatives
  • Ensure all phases of Project support are managed effectively
  • Resolve Project related technical and resource issues
  • Effectively communicate and resolve recurring process and technical issues
  • Utilize knowledge of Operational Platforms and Applications
  • Function within a team of peer managers in a matrixed environment
  • Strategic planning and implementation abilities

Software Used:
LAW, Concordance, MS Access, MS Excel, training will be provided on the company software

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive industry experience
  • Computer Science background and/or degree
  • Strong knowledge of SQL querying
  • Litigation Support software experience LAW, IPRO, Relativity, Concordance and Summation
  • Strong math and/or technology skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent problem solving ability, verbal and written communication skills, work under strict deadlines in a legal environment and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and attorneys necessary
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under challenging conditions and work as a team player
  • Exercise independent judgment within our SOP parameters
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the entire litigation support process including the use of database management searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production and trial support
  • Technical Escalation/On Call resource for DA I, II and III as required/scheduled
