Digital Marketing Manager (Sports Apparel)

A leading sportswear fashion brand is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager for their rapidly expanding team to be based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the development of short and long term APAC digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities      

• Generate the creative ideas, concepts and communication & execution plan for digital projects
• Develop the digital media plans and setting KPIs
• Plan and execute digital supports on all marketing activities of PR, Retail, Event, etc.
• Social media platform contents maintain on daily basis
• Budget and timeline control
• Interact with global agencies and distributors for global campaigns and adaptation of relevant seasonal executions
• Understand segments of the target audience: online behaviour, needs, motivations, objectives; discover insights (consumer, Internet, etc.)
• Analyze the competition from an ergonomic, communicational, strategic and conceptual point of view
• Drive long-term business direction
• Identify opportunities and shortfalls in sales activities
• Effectively devise and direct the sales management responsibilities
• Cultivate sales opportunities
• Manage project execution completion
• Liaise with various different departments to ensure total customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Digital Division
• Must have experience in website builds (non-technical) but in the site mapping, wire frame, and also  to compile and consolidate to the agencies
• Experience in SEO &SEM for Digital Media Buys
• Knowledge of Social Media Content Planning ability (Blog planning on calendar, setting KPIs for each country)
• Extremely strong in English and Mandarin communication skills both oral and written
