Objective:          

Drive the overall strategic SAP HCM core components architecture focusing on functional design.

Requirements:

• Provide end-to-end business process guidance and solution definition for the configuration and gap development on SAP, with a focus on Timesheets, Travel Management, and related modules
• Participate in SAP Enterprise solution design review sessions to help ensure that a robust application framework and roadmap is achieved for the SAP footprint in the organization
• Support the development of business cases for new SAP Timesheet, Travel Management, and related module initiatives.
• Participate in blueprint and design sessions while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to the business and Information Technology stakeholders, and support the implementations by reviewing deliverables and helping to ensure that projects adhere to design specifications
• Participate in the (internal) client's process and technology standardization review process as owner of the SAP solution, contributing to the client's architectural frameworks and approaches

Experience:

• Ten years of progressive experience in SAP HCM Timesheet and Travel Management functional design roles with experience in full lifecycle SAP enterprise implementations
• Strong experience architecting and delivering complex SAP HCM enterprise solutions for global organizations serving as the primary functional leader
• Experience across SAP systems and components (e.g. Portal, ECC, CRM and BI)
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, CRM 7.0, BW 7.0/PI/Portal and a subject matter expert on SAP landscapes and related architecture
• Strong knowledge of architectural design techniques including OO, top-down, structured analysis, and component-based design
• SAP certification in SAP HCM module preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Solutions-driven approach to architecture design
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in a global organization
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
