Position: Product Manager

Duration : 4 Months

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Description:

Client is looking for a product manager to replace one of Their product manager who is going for maternity leave. Following are the requirements.

Responsibility

• Customer support for client admin of various CPE product
• Assist Sale team in performing demo’s, answer questions and coming up with ways to meet potential client need
• Become product expert of various platforms in the CPE team  to help develop solutions that caters to end user needs
• Responsible for analyzing and anticipating user needs then communicating them clearly as requirements for vendor design
• Integral part of helping to establish the product roadmap of the CPE team
• Manage CPE Product with respective vendor

Requirement

• Detail oriented and with willingness and ability to work with multi-functional groups
• Good communication and interpersonal  skills that will allow the candidate to interact with both vendors and customers
• Demonstrate ability to project manage the roadmap to ensure all functionalities are on track for delivery
• Minimum 2 year work experience
• 4 year college graduate
• CPA or exposure to CPA industry a plus
• Experience with learning systems a plus
