This person will be responsible for one of the Commercial Operations Functions required to bring services to a customers. This is an entry level position into the Commercial Operations Team and will involve the Order Acceptance and Order Entry functions. These functions require direct customer interaction with customers to verify orders and notify them of installation dates.

The position includes the following functions: Order Acceptance, Order Entry, Reconciliation and Reschedules. They will spend 90% of their time on one of these functions and 10% of their time training to enable them to perform multiple functions. Order Verification consists of reviewing the Order with the customer, ensuring the quality and completeness of an order. Order Entry consists of entering the order into the 9 systems that are used. Reconciliation ensures that we have FOC for an order that has a truck roll scheduled or ensuring that a truck roll is scheduled for an order for which an FOC has been received. Reschedules are completed by changing the dates in the various systems that are used. 

One year working knowledge and experience with CSG is vital to this role. 

A good understanding of voice would be helpful.

Customer interaction skills

Ability to work in CSG, Workbench, DST, Webtop or the various IP configuration and build tools

Ability to work within a team, and to build relationships with sales channels as well as external customers

Prior knowledge of telecommunication skills helpful.
