Position Summary

Complete responsibility for managing large enterprise software implementations across multiple functional areas in healthcare and healthcare-related organizations. This is a significant customer-facing role that requires excellence in customer service, communication, and detail management. This position requires the ability to manage a diverse team to complete complex projects on-time, on-budget, and on-target while ensuring compliance to a well-defined SOW.

Position Functions

• Manage complex enterprise software implementations from beginning through completion to profitably achieve customer’s desired business results
• Establish and execute effective communication strategies with internal personnel and customer teams
• Hold customers accountable for completing tasks on time
• Prevent scope creep
• Provide strategic project leadership
• Direct third-party services providers
• Ensure that all project milestones are approved by client according to timeframes established in SOW

Minimum Qualifications

• BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum eight years leadership experience in project management or business analysis or related environment
• PMP certification required
• Verifiable understanding of the principles and processes of software development and implementation
• Ability to have difficult discussions with customers in a manner that strengthens the customer relationship
• Ability to work remotely and to travel to customer site
