Technology Skills:
•       Expert level skills with Java/J2EE stack
•       Strong in Web based application technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc
•       Experience with Grails desired, but not required
•       Service-Oriented Architectures and Web Services
•       Application Servers, Web Servers, Security and Encryption Techniques
•       Object-Oriented Modeling, Analysis, Design and Programming
•       Experience working with relational databases
•       Strong experience in design, development, testing and deployment of Web-based applications
•       Good Communication Skills
•       Ability to plan well and execute on time
•       Desire to work in a highly charged environment

Experience:
•       6+ years of overall experience with Bachelors degree  (preferred)
•       Sound knowledge of Software Development Methodologies and Processes
