Looking for an Executive Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs with passion for creating exceptional high quality scratch cooking using fresh ingredients. You must have in-depth knowledge of cuisine with the ability to be creative utilizing solid culinary skills and artistic plate presentation. You must also have strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills to develop a team to work flawlessly together. Thorough knowledge of labor and food cost controls along with strong P&L comprehension is a must.
