Our client, a leading edge technology solutions provider, in Richmond, VA is seeking a Asp.Net/C# Developer ASAP! In this role you will provided support for high-level component designs from general requirement statements and develop test plans for application components.  This position provides an excellent opportunity to be mentored by an excellent development team. Background:
 3 year of web development in  .NET.
 Solid understand of software development life cycle - project management experience considered an asset.
 Experience using Microsoft technologies including; .NET framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, C#, XML, and SQL Server a plus!
 Recent experience with Visual Studio .NET (2003 or higher).

Desired:
 Knowledge of structure and operation of Microsoft Internet Information Server (6.0 and higher), Windows 2003 Application Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (or higher).
 Experience in relational database design and development, preferable SQL Server 2005: Creating tables, views, complex stored procedures, functions.
 Strong analytical skills for technical problem solving and experience in supporting production applications.
 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 Previous experience working directly with both technical and non-technical clients a plus.
