IBM Ireland Lab are looking for technically gifted, innovative and motivated UI Developers to join their Industry Solutions development team located in their Dublin Software Lab at IBM’s Technology Campus in Mulhuddart, Co Dublin. The Industry Solutions team’s mission is to take IBM’s Smarter Planet Strategy and develop it into products for our customers.

The UI Developer will get to develop the next generation UI using Dojo, Java, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS, and other Web technologies that will offer our customers a best-of-breed user interface for their users. You'll have a chance to work with multiple customer opportunities to gather real-time feedback on current development prototypes to help mold the requirements for upcoming releases. Your scope of ownership will include the full lifecycle - design, code, unit test, and support. This is an exciting position in a fast-paced organization for someone interested in expanding their technical skills while also gaining experience into real customer requirements.

Requirements
• BSc, MSc or PhD
• A minimum of 2 years experience working as a UI developer
• HTML, CSS, Dojo, Javascript and Java commercial experience
• Excellent design skills and attention to detail
• Must be used to working in teams, and presenting your ideas to teams/stakeholder's and customers
• Experience within an Agile environment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for design
• Fluency in English
