SUMMARY POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Service Manager directly responds to the Sales Director and provides customers with technical support and training for the right utilization of CLIENT products.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:

Verify with the customers the right utilization of CLIENT products.
Analyze the customers claim and provide fast service in order to solve the problem.
Cooperate with Quality Management System Manager (QMSM) to analyze the Customer’s claim and the non conform products.
Repair the non-conform products within seven days from the date of receipt the good.
Manage and update the spare parts list in the system.
Provide to the Sales Director (SD) the purchase order request.
Update the service manual and take care of the translation.
Train new people.
Give technical training to the people of commercial department.
Cooperate with commercial department to promote the qualities and technical advantages of CLIENT products.
Record all data and information about all activities made by sale service department included all customer claims, non-conform products, reparations, customers visits, customer trainings, internal trainings and so on.
Provide to the Sales Director (SD) weekly report of the activities done.
Manage the warehouse of the products used to the exhibitions and take it in good condition and always ready to be showed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or above, with mechanical engineering background.
Relevant working experience in mechanical manufacturing enterprise 3-5 years and 2 years’ experience in service management.
Drive industry-related working experience is preferred.
Strong ability, have mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, be good at dealing with mechanical and electrical problems.
Language expression ability, external and internal, oral and written communication and smooth.
Have good management and coordination capacity;
Have strong sense of responsibility and dedication, working carefully;
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, planning, organization, coordination and implementation capacity;
Strong emergency response capacities;
Fluent written and spoken English;
