The Affiliate Account Manager will create sustainable revenue growth to the business by acquiring new customers through the Affiliate Programme.

We are looking for an experienced affiliate manager who is able to manage all relationships with affiliates and be responsible for the KPI’s (revenue and RMP’s)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for revenues and RMP’s through affiliate channel in UK and internationally
• Identifying and developing new affiliate relationships
• Liaising with affiliates on commercial terms
• Managing current affiliate relationships by providing timely support, prompt payment processing, and incentives to grow
• Monitoring competition, the performance of our affiliates, their sources of traffic, the quality of their players and the revenues they are generating to ensure timely action is taken and that the portfolio is healthy in the long run
• Working with low performing affiliates proactively to increase new sources of traffic
• Building support systems for affiliates and internal customers (own team), liaison with other teams, to increase overall productivity
• Creating product/process enhancements to create competitive advantage
• Setting goals, creating a plan, creating measures of performance, monitoring performance, taking corrective action for affiliates to accomplish the goals of the portfolio

Essential skills required:

• Proven experience in Online Affiliate Programs required, especially in acquiring new affiliates, preferably in Internet Gaming or with Affiliate Networks
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Comprehensive experience of working in a similar capacity within online gaming a must
• A bulging contact list of partners/publishers/networks
• A strong background in operations, sales or online marketing
• A comprehensive understanding of online advertising campaigns, ad-serving technologies, tools and tracking infrastructure
• Knowledge of MS Excel
