Our client is a leading European based pharmaceutical MNC specialises in diagnostics, therapeutic and biotechnology areas, well supported by a good infrastructure in research and development, manufacturing, clinical research and commercial operations. Due to its expansion plans in APAC, the newly created position as a Senior HR Manager for APAC will be based in Singapore, the APAC headquarters.
Supported by the regional HR team members in Singapore and in country HR counterparts, you are playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the overall HR strategy is aligned with business objectives. The focus of the role is broadly categorized into 3 areas, namely, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and business partnering. Lastly, as a people manager, you will act as a mentor and coach in beefing up HR capabilities across the region.
Degree qualified, you come with 10 to 15 years of HR experience with prior experience specialising in compensation and benefits. Workforce planning experience is a great plus. You possess leadership qualities with an interest in mentoring and coaching and a proven track record in change management. A hands-on leader who walks the talk, you are a commercially savvy HR practitioner who engages effectively with the staff of all levels.
