Job responsibilities
- Professional with system ERP / MS OFFICE / EXCEL
- To scrutinise the Letter of Credit received from the customer and ask for the required changes before the shipment of goods and export & import documentation.
- Preparing Errorless required transport documents after the shipment of goods as per customer’s terms and conditions against Letter of Credit or O/A payment terms and submits to accounts Dept. for negotiation.
- Issuance of PI after Price, Model, and suffix registered in the system
- Issuance of PO after receiving confirmation from Customer
- Informing HQ about PI & PO for shipping goods on time
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Customers accordingly.
- Applying the GEVS in the system for the expenses occur in the shipment
- Follow up with the regions on day-to-day operations
- Pre-shipment advise to Partners / Customers
- Issuing system Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Note, Delivery Advice switch BL and dispatch Documents on time to customers
- Support half yearly warehouse stock take activities
- To provide a key support function between customers and the sales teams.
- Coordinate with Logistics staff and customer for the smooth delivery of the goods.
- Maintain file records of the invoices
- Sending the Bill of Lading instruction to the shipping lines and secure that all the instructions on the bill of lading is correct as per L/C and customer requirement.

- Coordinate with our subsidiaries regarding dispatch of documents.
- Monitor shipment documents as per the SA report generated from the system.
- Attend to customer complaint regarding shipment document issues.
