Role Description : Primary responsibilities will be to provide technical assistance to L1/L2 engineers for NAS Teams, Maintain Knowledge Base, Create case studies, Conduct Trainings, Monitor cases for technical quality & Deliver.

Preferred  Skills

1. In depth knowledge of all technical knowledge related to NAS technologies
2. Knowledge for all skills related to Data Protection, Storage, UNIX & Windows
3. Detailed knowledge on Common Internet File System (CIFS)/ Network file System (NFS) /Network Data Management Protocol (NDMP)/CAVA/Replication/Celerra Performance Issues & RCA’s/NAS & SAN Architecture.

Non-Technical Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication
2. Ability to understand the broader scale of business requirements to deliver on key performance metrics
3. Drive adherence amongst engineers on their KRA’s.
