Role: Technical Sales Account Manager
Location: San Jose. California
Type: Full Time Role

Please Note: 
• Must have work experience with Outsourcing companies to understand the needs of such outsourcing business.
• This is primarily a Sales position with targets for current customer as well as new customers, and the ideal candidate would be the one who has transitioned from strong technical role to Account Management & Sales function. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships with existing customer by understanding their business models and wearing multiple hats as Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales & Business Development
• Identify, drive incremental revenue flow from new business opportunities  at existing accounts
• Perform business reviews, evangelize new opportunities for software services and ensure prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
• Work closely with Sales to assist in acquiring new customers by leveraging technical and business acumen
• Work very closely with Offshore Delivery team to coordinate project delivery,

Skills:
• Having work experience with an Outsourcing companies is a must to understand the needs of such outsourcing business.
• 10 – 12 years of  experience in Software Development industry
• 5+ years of experience in the role of an Sales / Account Manager / Business Development in IT and Software Services Solution Consulting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a significant thought leader and have a major track record of success in large client and project oversight
Technically sharp and a great communicator for delivering proposal presentations.
• Strong Hands on Technical background , in the area of  Enterprise Integration , Business Intelligence, SOA , Cloud Integration,
• This is primarily a Sales position with targets for current customer as well as new customers, and the ideal candidate would be the one who has transitioned from strong technical role to Account Management & Sales function.
