Responsibilities:

• Work with a highly competent global IC development methodology to drive CAD solutions
• Monitor and maintain CAD hardware infrastructure used in IC development, maintain CAD software environment
• Evaluate new solutions from EDA vendors, develop customized CAD flow
• Develop the automate scripts for use by designers

Requirements:

• MSEE/MSCS with 3+ years experience in CAD
• Familiar with EDA tools from major vendors like Synopsys, Cadence, and Mentor Graphics
• Strong script programming skills are highly desirable, Shell, Perl and Tcl preferred
• Self-motivated to drive for excellence. Must be a team player, and be disciplined and well organized
• Excellent communication skills (Chinese and English), and be able to work under schedule pressure
• Understand Linux, DNS, DHCP, NIS
• Additional experience in networking protocols, Cisco networks, and LSF commands would be a plus
