Business Systems Analyst located in Flagstaff, AZ.

This is Fulltime Position and the salary range is 70-75K plus a bonus potential of 10%.

Summary:

Coordinates the support of application systems that support company goals and IT strategies. Performs triage of development and system support tickets, prioritizes work, and assigns work to appropriate resources. Organizes and supervises Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) process and testing. Supports user requested enhancements by working with the user community to develop system requirements documents, test scripts/scenarios, training documentation and any necessary supporting documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

Performs trouble ticket triage of issues, enhancements, and trouble tickets by working with the user community to perform an analysis of tickets.

Works with the development team and user community to develop system level requirements and designs, resulting in value-added systems and processes.

Develops detailed requirements documents and detailed test scenarios to ensure a smooth transition of developed/purchased systems into production.

Responsible for coordinating QA/QC testing and maintaining and improving the QA/QC process.

Responsible for ensuring that requirement specifications and test scripts/scenarios meet user expectations.

With a strong understanding of Oracles applications and interdepartmental relationships, ensures that the user community’s representative is adequately trained in the usage of new systems.

Performs integration and system level tests and develops any necessary supporting documentation.

Assists users in developing any necessary user testing documentation and/or training material. Audits the performance of in-house data processing systems.

Education/Experience/Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience 

3-5 years related experience

Strong functional business background

Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel

Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
