Branch Manager (closed)
This position requires extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry working with a variety of clients and positions. Especially key is the ability to manage clients and candidates through the full recruitment cycle as demonstrated by a positive fill ratio.
This position is responsible and accountable for: profitable and sustained growth of market share for the branch, while realizing and maintaining an industry leadership position in customer, contractor and candidate satisfaction across the Temporary/Contract, Payroll and Permanent Placement service offerings. This position is further responsible and accountable for the continued training and development of all direct reports.
