Candidate will support general accounting needs for physician practice including processing all invoices, preparing payroll, preparing compensation schedules for physicians, preparing and paying taxes, preparing budget and monthly variance reports, making deposits,reconciling bank statements,preparing refunds to payers and patients.Must be familiar with standard accounting practices, office procedures and insurance payment types. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized. Must be a strong communicator and able to work in a sometimes stressful environment. Accounting degree and at least five years of medical practice experience preferred, but will consider others with proven skills and strong track record.
