Position: PA: ORDER PROCESSING / Order Entry

Location: Horsham, PA

Duration: 6 + Months

Rate: DOE

EXPERIENCE WITH ORACLE IS A MUST

• Use Oracle Order Entry System to enter and maintain orders placed by customers.
• Ensure orders are entered timely and accurately.
• Work with Inside Account Managers to resolve issues preventing processing of orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues as appropriate.
• Perform additional data entry functions as required to support Motorola's sales and repair operations.

Requirements:
• Order management/customer service experience.
• Experience with MS Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
