I am looking for three seasoned Commercial Bankers to be located in Austin, TX, Dallas, TX and San Antonio, TX. The candidate will need to have 8+ years of commercial lending experience and credit trained. You must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions, deal with abstract data, and present information to top management, public groups and boards of directors.  Sales skills will be critical to achieving success.

• Call on prospective and existing clients to generate loans, deposits, fees and electronic banking services
• Analyze financial statements and business conditions to deduce a credit decision
• Generate and service a portfolio of greater than $20 million in loan outstanding
• Participate in a variety of community-oriented and professional organizations
• Manage a variety of customer relationships
• Willingness to assist other banking center employees as directed by banking center president

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field preferred
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet accounting
• 8+ years experience in Commercial Lending
• Strong networking in commercial markets in the (desired geographic) area
• Management experience a plus
• Knowledge in small business, middle markets and commercial real estate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
