A large multi-office law firm with sophisticated national and international practices is looking for a mid level Trusts and Estates Attorney/Trusts and Estates Associate to join its Trust, Estates, & Tax Planning practice section in Washington D.C.  Specifically, the mid level Trusts and Estates Attorney/Trusts and Estates Associate’s responsibilities will focus on estate, tax, and charitable planning; trust and estate administration; tax related controversies; business taxation and wealth management.

Experience:

• 4+ years of Trusts and Estates experience as an attorney in a law firm setting.
• Juris Doctor Degree with excellent academic credentials and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state is required; District of Columbia (DC) barred or pending is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities and work as a team player.
• Strong project and client management skills with a proven track record of success in the Trusts and Estates field.
