All-Source Targeting Analyst;
Location: Arlington, VA;
Clearance: Must currently possess an active security clearance;

Project Description:
• Seeking an All-Source Targeting Analyst in support of a U.S. government client

Responsibilities:
• Use a variety of analytic tools and classified and open data sources
• Perform target and all source analysis and research
• Identify, gather, and extract information to determine relationships, patterns, trends, indicators and warnings that address intelligence gaps
• Draft and produce reports, assessments, analytic summaries, memos and other correspondence, including cable/message traffic
• Work closely with other analysts and collaborate to assess relevance and address priorities

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• 5+ years experience in IC
• Possess all-source experience analyzing WMD with focused experience in Southwest/Central Asia
• Possess technical collection and technical collection targeting experience
• Experience developing targeting framework
• Experience writing analytic products and conducting briefings
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under-pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
