Job Description

The Relativity User & Sales Support Consultant position is responsible for supporting the sales team and Relativity end-users.  Customer satisfaction is the primary responsibility of this position.

Essential Functions:

  • Frontline support for Relativity users by answering end-user questions (email and phone) and providing end-user application training
  • Support Relativity sales product demonstrations, developing proposals, and responding to client inquiries
  • Organize and maintain Relativity related marketing materials
  • Support conference and trade show activities
  • Develop and maintain end-user Relativity training materials
  • Manage document review workflow for large teams
  • Constant interaction with clients and senior colleagues
  • Analyze industry technology trends staying abreast of changes and improvements in order to make recommendations and incorporate into practice

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual company meetings
  • Attend all weekly team meetings
  • May be asked to perform other duties not listed in this job description as required by business needs
  • Input time on a weekly basis

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years relevant experience  
  • At least 2 years Relativity experience  
  • Relativity Certification a plus
  • Familiarity with iPro, Law and other legal databases
  • Understanding of EDRM and litigation life-cycle
  • Detailed knowledge of document review processes and application of best practices to maximize results
  • Experience with law firm / litigation support as well as industry vendor / consulting experience
