Location:  Des Moines, Iowa or Phoenix, AZ

Candidate will work as hands-on lead developer and application architect in middleware framework development team. Requires 10+ years IT experience including: - Strong hands-on JAVA/J2EE development experience - Strong Web Services development experience - Experience with SOA and EDA architecture/Design skills on a J2EE platform. - Experience with key enterprise integration design patterns - Experience working with various design tools to produce architecture and design artifacts -Experience with performance testing/monitoring and tuning Java applications on weblogic/Tomcat platform. - Ability to solve problems and grasp concepts quickly. - Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills - Experience working with key SOA & ROA patterns, OSGI, SCA, Spring Container is a plus. - Experience working with any EBSs is a plus.
