ROLE SUMMARY
Recruitment / Staffing Specialist is a key position which involves leveraging partner networks, job boards, social / business networks, contacts and relationships for acquisition of Talent and matching to the demand and supply of staffing requirements (Technical Skillset - Microsoft skills [Dynamics-AX / CRM, Navision, Sharepoint, BI], SAP, Infra skills)for our clients in the US. Build, maintain and expand the partner relationships & supply channels leading to a substantial increase in on-boarding of talent at these client locations leading to improved revenues and profits.
