This is not a permanent opportunity. However, the opportunity to network and get to know this client is excellent.
This role will need strong relationships with other HR stakeholders including business partners, reward teams and co-ordination teams to ensure flawless process execution. The talent researcher will need a strong understanding of the role succession planning and gap analysis plays in the business calendar and partnering with the HR Managers.
Experience with on campus recruitment is key.
• Key language capabilities: Fluent English.
• Experience in one of leading search firms/recruitment agencies or in-house talent research function would be critical (in research function – passionate about sourcing candidates, proactively researching talent in the market and delivering quality long-lists of candidates.
• excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
Ability to develop on campus recruitment strategy
• Able to proactively source candidates from a variety of channels.
• Customer service mindset, able to influence key stakeholders.
• Able to ensure an excellent candidate experience even if they do not go forward to be hired.
• Understanding market trends and applying these to sourcing strategies.
• Ability to use and modern technologies in talent attraction processes such as Linkedin recruiter. Adept at online search techniques and well versed in online attraction strategies.
• Attention to detail on systems usage. Excellent system abilities to leverage existing and future system.
