Responsibilities;

• Manage the overal I.T and development function
• Hands on development with PHP
• Leading and managing the web development team using an Agile approach.
• Hiring of new developers as requried.
• Member of the senior management of company and contribute to overall growth of company

Skills/Experience;

• 7+ years web development experience
• Experience as a team lead or manager
• Strong skill set which includes ; XHTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL
• Experienced with OOP
• Experience with LAMP platforms
