Should have 4-6 years of core developement  experience in PHP

should have 3-4 Years of Experience in drupal developement

Hands on Experience in drupal6

knowledge of any javascript and CSS frame work

Knowledge in implementing webservices in drupal

Knowledge in other drupal distrbution

Knowledge in agile methodlogy  any tools like Hudson
