This position reports to Global Commercial Director. The purpose of this supervisory role is to plan and drive commercial (sales, technical service) activities in order to meet the extremely aggressive growth targets the business has for Middle East and Africa based on the opportunities in energy, water and paint markets. The role has a strong business development component.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years working experience in specialty chemical industry preferably with people leadership as well as commercial experience
• Regional experience is required
• Demonstrated success in a growth business
• MBA and/or university degree

The incumbent should be able to work independently and should be self-driven. The job will have travel requirements.
