A manufacturing/Engineering company that is at the forefront of technology has recently implemented Salesforce.com. They are a creative and forward thinking company that are looking for an Administrator/Developer to work within their IT team..

Responsibilities and expertise:

• Developing and creating applications using Apex, Visualforce and Force.com.
• General system administrator tasks such as dashboards, creating reports and managing access rights.
• Designing and testing new Salesforce developments and liaising with stakeholders before a company-wide roll-out.
• Report into the head of IT to give updates on project workloads, deadlines and priorities.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Salesforce Developer
• Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
• Recommend Salesforce.com add-ons to improve business processes.
• Work off of own initiative and manage your team effectively to the benefit of the team.

Desirable skills:

• Certified as ADM201 and DEV401
• Experience developing custom applications on Force.com
• Previous experience developing web based solutions using some of the following Java, JavaScript, SOAP, SOQL, XML, Ajax.
