Project Manager 3 - EHR Provider Incenti (4 Mons) (closed)
The technical project manager will serve as the District’s representative and monitor the progress throughout the entire EHR implementation project by ensuring that the implementation vendor fulfills all of its obligations as stated in the implementation vendor’s contract. Under the direction of the DHCF COO, the EHR project manager acts as a successful change agent that (a) manages the implementation plan and day-to-day implementation of operational project aspects, (b) reviews all contract deliverables prepared by the CGI team before passing them onto the DHCF COO, (c) effectively applies the implementation methodology and enforces project standards, (d) maintains quality assurance procedures, (e) manages project issues and dependencies, (f) validates all test case results, (f) identifies project risks and recommends risk mitigation approaches, and (g) manages the vendor’s deployment of system changes after the system becomes operational. Lastly, the technical project manager will communicate regularly with team stakeholders and senior management about team progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles.

-Bachelor's degree plus equivalent experience, in business or a science (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, clinical discipline)
-Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) experience
