DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Vancouver, BC

You are a resourceful and active Development Manager with proven skills overseeing various projects throughout the development life cycle. You excel in the ability to effectively communicate, organize, manage, implement, and adapt. You will lead the development management of large multi-family and high-rise, concrete residential building projects.

Responsibilities:

You will be leading, coordinating, and collaborating with the various internal and external stakeholders to provide a range of development management services pertaining to a number of specific projects, and will be responsible for the success of the projects’ municipal approvals, design, and profitability.

Requirements:

6 –10 years experience in a full development life cycle management lead role of multi-family and high-rise, concrete residential development projects. LEED accreditation considered an asset.
Thorough understanding in the areas of acquisition, development, design, construction, and marketing/sales
University degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning or Business
Exceptional management, organizational, and communication skills
Highly motivated, diligent, energetic and positive attitude
Proven success for building and sustaining strong relationships with team members and partners, including community stakeholders and government authorities
Demonstrated conflict resolution and analytical skills; solid business judgment
