Job Description

To support  rapid growth, as a key member of our clients Professional Services organization, the Manager/Sr. Manager, GRCSolutions is responsible for successful implementation of our GRC (Governance,Risk and Compliance) solutions by leading and managing customer projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, staff and lead GRC multiple projects with customers and create reference customers
• Prepare for and lead the solution requirements phase with customers and lead solution definition activities
• Ensure projects are delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW
• Demonstrate competency in GRC applications
• Manage and mitigate project risks, identify and resolve project issues, manage customer expectations and maintain ongoing and regular communications with the customer
• Create project deliverables including functional requirements and specifications
• Conduct functional and end user training and support customer user acceptance testing
• Communicate effectively with customer project managers, SMEs and stakeholders
• Prepare project plans and estimate project effort
• Work closely with onshore (U.S. based) and offshore (India based) resources
• Deliver revenue for the assigned projects each quarter and ensure project profitability
• Create, review and approve project deliverables
• Partner with and develop positive relationships with representatives from other departments including Product Management, Engineering, Development and QA
• Partner with sales teams and professional services management to estimate effort and scope for services and write Statements of Work as needed

Required Skills

• Minimum of five to eight years of experience managing enterprise software application implementations for large organizations
• Experience with GRC, Supply Chain, ERP or CRM applications
• Experience working with onshore and offshore resources
• Detail oriented hands-on Consultant
• Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies
• Excellent organization, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Project Management experience
• Ability to travel to customer sites in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Business
• Techno-Functional background preferred
• Experience in implementing GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) applications including applications for enterprise risk management, operational risk management, operational audits and internal audits, compliance including SOX, FERC, NERC etc.
• Previous experience with Big 4 or with a major systems integrator or enterprise software company
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy and Utility, Life Sciences
