President – North America

We are seeking an energetic entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and operational skills to fill the role of President for North America. The ideal candidate has experience in a high growth environment, preferably in the consumer packaged goods, experience developing a team and operational skills. 

Responsibilities include

• Lead process of positioning company for significant growth 
• Work with founder to maintain and, where appropriate, grow existing accounts 
• Develop operational plan for next phase of company’s life, including budgets, headcount, sales & marketing strategies and product development 
• Operational responsibility for the company including sales, marketing, finance and production. 

Qualifications 

• Previous success raising private equity 
• Previous operational start-up experience. 
• Previous experience within the consumer products good industry, with preference given to individuals out of juvenile products
• Experience managing a budget 
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills 
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited 4 year college 
• Master’s degree (MBA or Master’s of Finance) 
• Experience managing a sales team.  
• Familiarity with consumer product good concepts
