Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration tasks associated with financials which include generating and tracking SOR’s, manifests, Field Work Orders, Inspection Records, Data Entry, Payroll, Invoicing, and Purchasing
- Ensure all administrative functions such as general record keeping and data management
- Assist branch manager in creating key performance indicators, ad-hoc reporting and financial statement reviews
- Assist with recruitment, employee exit, training and development as well as employee performance management
- Coordinate with HSE functions
- Approve all weekly time entry of hourly employee’s timesheets
- Ensure all employee files, leave requests, and Worker Compensation forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Work closely and report directly to Financial Controller
- Perform additional duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years in an Office Administration Supervisor or Office Manager role
- Accounting Diploma from an accredited college
- Ability to supervise and direct subordinates’
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Ability to identify potential problems and participate in corrective actions
- Ability to work efficiently as a team as well as independently
- Ability to adapt and learn new software
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills as well as an attention to detail
