Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration tasks associated with financials which include generating and tracking SOR’s, manifests, Field Work Orders, Inspection Records, Data Entry, Payroll, Invoicing, and Purchasing
  • Ensure all administrative functions such as general record keeping and data management
  • Assist branch manager in creating key performance indicators, ad-hoc reporting and financial statement reviews
  • Assist with recruitment, employee exit, training and development as well as employee performance management
  • Coordinate with HSE functions
  • Approve all weekly time entry of hourly employee’s timesheets
  • Ensure all employee files, leave requests, and Worker Compensation forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Work closely and report directly to Financial Controller
  • Perform additional duties as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years in an Office Administration Supervisor or Office Manager role
  • Accounting Diploma from an accredited college
  • Ability to supervise and direct subordinates’
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Ability to identify potential problems and participate in corrective actions
  • Ability to work efficiently as a team as well as independently
  • Ability to adapt and learn new software
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills as well as an attention to detail
