Director, Cardiovascular Service Line-Hawaii

Base Salary - $106,704 - $113,193

The Director oversees the Cardiovascular Service Line, including cardiovascular surgical, interventional, and diagnostic services.

Oversight includes financial management, operational performance, clinical performance and outcomes, program development, physician recruitment and promotional direction.

Minimum Education:  

Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field is required.

Master's degree is preferred. 

Minimum Field-of-Expertise:  

Ability and knowledge in managing a major Cardiac Service Line in a competitive and changing environment; minimum 3 years required.   

Proven skills necessary in providing strategic direction, vision, and leadership for a major healthcare service line.  

Creativity to turn ideas into reality through action plans and execution.   

Required Certification/Registration:  

Current RN licensure in the State of Hawaii if applicableCertification in specialty area preferred.  

Member of a cardiovascular professional organization. 

Preferred Experience:  

Interest and knowledge of current trends and new developments in cardiovascular programs in health care.
