Coordinate support calls with vendors, take 1st level IT troubleshooting calls, work with directly with employees and managers, assist with dispatching of tickets in Clarify queues, assist with access forms and processing of forms for the following systems DCMS, Marc, IBM, Movers, and XPDS, and assist with Peak and ICON support calls.
Skill Sets needed:
Understand the basic operation of a support desk.
Basic working knowledge of Clarify tool.
Software-MS Office, MS Windows, Microsoft Works
Printers-HP, Xerox, and Zebra printers
Candidates must pass a background check and drug test.
Contract length 9 months
