Marketing Manager
2-5 years of marketing experience in either a restaurant or an ad agency with restaurant clients.

Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/Wordpress
Working in a 4 person department that consists of a VP of Marketing, Creative Services Manager, Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator.

Creating fliers, table top displays, sales materials, etc.

Role Summary:
Reporting to the VP Marketing this position is responsible for overall creative direction and execution of internal and customer-facing marketing elements for all Brand and Corporate related initiatives. 

Creative Services Manager is responsible for technical execution of all consumer facing collateral materials and visual merchandising promoting Brand and Corporate messaging including sourcing and management of external production vendors.

Position is responsible for maintaining highest compliance with brand image, strategy  and creative standards while producing materials necessary to support the overall business plan.

In this role Creative Services Manager is responsible for independent creative development for visual merchandising, campaign, menu, ad-hoc advertising and localized collateral materials merchandising including internally sourced concepts as well as localized support for corporate program.  Position is responsible for proactive and independent development of new creative and production projects.

Exceptional organizational skills and creativity are a must as well as the ability to multi-task in an environment of fluid priorities .

Key Tasks & Responsibilities;
Maintaining integrity of and compliance with brand standards
Management of production environment, delivering required materials in an efficient manner with a keen eye on
Development, production and editing of all (Internal and External) creative elements including on-line resources, templates, promotional materials.
Traffic creative projects utilizing internal routing system for proofing and approvals.
Manage timelines outlined to all internal and external teams to ensure that all deadlines are met.
Work closely with outside vendors to ensure that printing specs and quality are maintained.

Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in Fast paced environment and ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills, both conventional and electronic. 
Excellent verbal and written skills with a high degree of professionalism. 
Positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Broad creative skills across a variety of media with an ability to target retail / restaurant marketing specific environment.
Experience in localized marketing assets
Ability to leverage personal creativity in line with company marketing strategy
Strong work ethic with proven track record of meeting and exceeding deliverable expectations

Technical
Expert working knowledge of creative suite software including but not limited to;
Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, Acrobat, Wordpress, Drupal, Video Editing, HTML

BA Marketing / Design Degree preferred

Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar environment / role
