Looking for a data analyst to perform analysis of large sets of data using database tools. The analyst will be responsible for extracting data through front-end IBM-Tririga application queries and reports and importing this data into a database such as SQL or MS Access for validation (no Excel). A variety of fields will be compared to identify discrepancies. Analyst should have an understanding of Global Corporate Real Estate processes to better weigh the implications of discrepant data.

Analyst will report to the Corporate Real Estate technology manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Requirements:
? 3-5 years experience with Corporate Real Estate processes
? Experience with SQL, MS Access scripting or similar large file comparison techniques
? IBM-Tririga system and query tool experience is a plus
