Candidate will be responsible for calling commercial retail electricity customers daily in an attempt to collect past due dollars. In addition the collectors will process a variety of reports generated in other areas that directly relate to their collections activities.
Candidate will be responsible for calling commercial retail electricity customers daily in an attempt to collect past due dollars. In addition the collectors will process a variety of reports generated in other areas that directly relate to their collections activities.
The successful candidate must have knowledge in the following areas:
2-3 year collections experience (no specific area required), Microsoft Excel Familiarity with retail electricity in a competitive market, Familiarity with FDCPA and abide by all requirements within, Familiarity with Public Utilities Commission of Texas rules Excellent communication skills, Self-organizer.

Experienced Commercial Collector to support the collection effort of past due balance accounts to achieve departmental goals, while maintaining a positive relationship with customers to ensure future growth and sales.
