Join a thriving company and develop test procedures and strategies for the design, development, and validation of sensors and actuators for optical devices.  You will work in inertial sensor test and characterization techniques; establish test stations for the measurement and validation of inertial sensors and measurement of MEMS transducer elements and CMOS ASIC signal conditioning and control circuits. This includes generating schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions for testing; specifying, justifying  and qualifying appropriate test stations, hardware, and software; and generating and release design documentation per product development and document control procedures.

Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in advanced technology development.  Senior level high volume test and flow systems expertise and test development with optical devices, sendors and actuators, inertial sensors, and/or optical devices along with experience in Labview and schematic capture.  Expert understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering fundamentals and familiar with design for manufacturability techniques such as 'Six Sigma methodology', Part Average Testing (PAT), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) ,etc. as well as quality systems documentation and procedures.
