General Manager needed for a family fun center/ family entertainment center. Qualifications:

Experience as a GM in the hospitality industry, restaurants or bowling center. -
Experience in managing P&L and budget -
Proven success record of building sales and generating revenue -
Proven success record in motivating and developing staff members -
High School Diploma (or equivalent). Some college is a plus
Responsibilities:
-
Administrative/Financial: Assist with preparing budgets, forecasting, financial recording, reporting and protecting the company's assets. Responsible for schedule budgets, expenses, cash handling, processing of accounts payable invoices, inventory reports, lineage activity reports. -
Sales & Marketing: With Event Coordinator and Sales Director, responsible for achieving overall sales/marketing objectives. This includes but is not limited to the following: -
Operational: Oversee all functions of the center. -
Human Resources: Interview, hire, and evaluate management team and crew members.
Ability to work 45-50h/week.
