Title : Real Estate Technical Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 3 Months

Role: Real Estate Technical Analyst

The real estate system transformation project is an implementation/conversion, JDE for their real estate needs over to SAP real estate.

SAP real estate will need to be implemented to system and the current processes being used in JDE will need to be converted over so that they will be specific to SAP.

The real estate technical analyst will be responsible for conducting analysis of the current business processes, perform the technical fit/gap support and documentation to aid in vendor selection and possible vendor options.

Application / Modules:

SAP Real Estate Module or an alternate real estate module such as Oracle or Manhattan

Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis of current business process Perform Technical Fit/Gap to support vendor selection for Real Estate Document technical gaps and estimate possible vendor options Skill

Level: 3-5 years executing in this role on multiple (3+) small to medium implementations
