Help Desk Agent Needed

Asap start

salary in low 40's

6am-8pm, Monday through Friday

Need own transportation as public Transportation is not always available

Duties:

-technical support help desk

-taking calls from Department employees and helping them with handheld devices issues

-Testing the devices

Qualifications:

IT background needed, no programming degree needed

1yr previous help desk experience

fluently bilingual (must be able to fluently takes calls in English and French)

Must be able to work in a team

Advantages:
