Job Description

Position Summary
As part of the HR Management team, the Senior Manager of Operations & Analytics is responsible for assisting to synthesize the overall KUG HR strategy. H/she will ensure recruiting initiatives are aligned to business objectives through recruitment analytics and reports and improvement methodologies. The Senior Manager of Operations & Analytics will interface with internal customers at all levels of the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities
Process Improvement • Determines the greatest opportunities for process change resulting in improved customer service and ongoing reduction in cost. • Documents hiring processes and procedures and identifies opportunities to make improvements. • Develops process improvements. • In conjunction with Recruitment management team, develops and implements Student Operations Recruitment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Ensures new or revised processes and SOPs are understood, trained, and implemented. Project Management • Improves business performance through the use of key business metrics. • Provides change management leadership to ensure we achieve and sustain our targeted performance levels. • Champions the development and implementation of process improvement efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness overall and achieve year over year cost reduction in transactional activities. • Partners with HR Management to implement processes, methods, metrics, key performance indicators, and procedures in an effort to achieve operational excellence in quality and productivity. Reporting and Metrics • Develop and consolidate all functional reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) for HR and Recruiting department. • Analyzes trends, interprets data, and makes business-relevant recommendations. • Reports impact of business performance based on analyses and recommends improvements. • Builds and maintains performance reports for customers and executives. • Monitors data collection reports; develops and distributes service provider scorecard; develops trend reports and analyses. • Analyzes and reconciles monthly, YTD and FY expenditures versus budgeted costs for HR and Recruiting department Provide annual department budgetary support and guidance to Senior Vice President of HR Other Manages day-to-day activities and professional development of HR Representative. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) Business Administration, Finance, Math or related field 5-7 years related experience Process improvement experience. Project management experience. Metrics and report development, implementation, analysis, and interpretation experience. Advanced data extraction skills, data analysis and mathematical/statistical modeling Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Access, Sharepoint). Experience with Microsoft Project Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers at all levels Demonstrated ability to present technical information to nontechnical employees. Expert knowledge of staffing processes and systems Leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills. Highly effective oral and written communication skills. Logical thinker with good problem solving skills
