New Business Development Rep (closed)
This established IT consulting firm provides software development staff augmentation to corporate IT departments. It’s been experiencing 30% year over year growth and is looking to continue that trajectory by adding two sales reps.
What you will do:
Depending on experience and background, the BD Reps will seek to find new business within existing customers and/or find new customers
What you can expect:
You’ll be supported by one of the strongest recruiting teams in the industry, delivering the resources to support the new business you bring in. With a base salary and uncapped commissions, you should expect to make in the range of $130K - $160K. For some, maybe more. For others, maybe less. It all depends on you.
What you need to be considered:
The ideal candidate has experience in IT staffing augmentation, but other profiles can be considered as long as your experience includes sevice-oriented sales to corporate IT management. Some examples are IT training, technical employment placements, professional services, etc.
