Our client is currently in operation of over 50 full service luxury hotels coast to coast. We are currently in search for a dynamic Director of Sales with a comminttment to community relationships and unsurpassed teamwork!

The Spec's

This recent hotel of the years has a dynamic sales team of 7 with excellent cross selling experience. The property will be responsible for over 300 rooms and 25,000 sq. ft. of function space.  If you have successful experience and confidence in your ability to connect with your team and impact your community than this is the spot for you!

The Must Have's

Great attitude, ability to look at a strategy through a different lense!  Committment to selling and coaching a team.  The following experience levels will be necessary, but not necessarily in order by priority.

> 1-3 years of full service Director of Sales experience

> 3-5 years of Associate or Director of Group Sales experience

> 3-5 years of Executive Committee level revenue generating experience
